Part-Time Associate Dentist – Daily Pay $700–$1,000

Rosenthal Dental is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis. We are a modern, well-established practice committed to high-quality care and long-term patient relationships.

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule (flexible days)
• Competitive daily guarantee: $700–$1,000 (based on experience/production)
• Supportive and experienced clinical team
• Established patient base

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose treatment needs
• Provide restorative, crown & bridge, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active California dental license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Additional license or experience is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience with treatment planning and case acceptance
• Comfortable with a wide range of general procedures
